When Will My Order Ship?
Your order will ship immediately after the money order has been received and cleared our bank. We process your payment quickly and the same day of the receipt and the processing by our bank usually takes 2 days. However, it can take longer depending on your the bank your checks is issued on and the rules banks use to release funds based on its clearing schedule.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by AuntEmmasPopcorn.com for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:
- AuntEmmasPopcorn.com does not make refunds for any opened containers or bottles.
- Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- You should return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
- If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that exist in a cleanse, regimen or kit, there will be NO refund for that cleanse, regimen or kit. NO EXCEPTIONS
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.
If your return is not the result of our error, your *true postage fee will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from AuntEmmasPopcorn.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to AuntEmmasPopcorn.com. This amount will be subtracted from your refunded balance.
